ServiceNow Experience in ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand module

ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies

Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
