Telecommunications Cable Installer and troubleshooter / Network Admin....
Assist with installs of network switch and cabling infrastructure. Works with customers to aid with installation and troubleshooting needs. Provides installation support activities for equipment and office relocations. Performs testing, troubleshoots, and corrects problems relative to interoperability of network device components such as hardware, software, and applications programs to include security and software patches. Knowledgeable in CISCO command structure, switching, routing, Aruba wireless, 802.1x and firewall experience. Develops and maintains network administration standard operating procedures, technical guides, and instructions.
