Job Description:
- Verify analysis conducted by team members and implement necessary changes to prevent recurring incidents.
- Address critical application alerts promptly, including production defects, by providing business impact analysis to relevant teams and managing minor improvements as required.
- Review and update knowledge articles and runbooks in collaboration with application development teams to ensure information remains current and accurate.
- Work with internal teams to resolve application-related issues, escalating when necessary, and provide timely answers.
- Validate and submit responses to requests for information during ongoing audits.
- Review and execute Disaster Recovery scripts during planned or unplanned outages, supplying business continuity evidence as needed.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to minimize manual effort in application monitoring tasks.
- Collaborate with development teams to offer feedback during the design and development phases of applications.
- Execute pre-production and production application code deployment plans, as well as manage end-to-end vendor application upgrade processes.
- Integrate risk and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risks, escalating appropriately as needed.
