As a key member of our advanced manufacturing group, you will be responsible for researching and developing new manufacturing technologies and production process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement innovative manufacturing procedures, operation sequencing, and detailed work instructions for complex machined parts and sub-assemblies.

* Program and prove out CNC machining programs, focusing on automation and lean manufacturing.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
* 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials science, and engineering principles.
