The Delivery Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and optimizing the delivery process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. A person who sets an example for the team by wearing multiple hats and works as Operations Manager, Fleet Manager, and Back-up Delivery Associate as per DSP business operation needs.
What You'll Do :
As a member of the A3N Logistics LLC leadership team, this role involves coordination with the Amazon team, monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, ensuring a seamless delivery experience for customers, growing, and developing team members, coaches, and team leads. You can expect to work 4 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.

Develop and execute a comprehensive delivery strategy to meet customer demands and business objectives
Lead, train, and manage a team of delivery drivers, coaches, and daily operation supervisors
Plan and optimize delivery routes to minimize travel time, fuel costs, and vehicle wear and tear
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Liaise with customers to address delivery-related claims, concerns, and feedback
