Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial properties.

Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet tenant needs.
- Develop and implement property management strategies that enhance the value and profitability of the portfolio.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of property activities, including leasing agreements, maintenance requests, and financial reports.
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff and contractors to coordinate repairs and improvements.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational, written and communication skills.
- Experience in Property management or management of a complex single commercial property.
- Understanding of construction and good working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines required.
- English/Spanish strongly preferred.
