a4 Media is looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying end-to-end solutions to business problems using AI and ML principles.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and design high-level model structures.
- Analyzing data to identify useful relations, patterns, and features predictive of user behaviors, preferences, and intents.
- Managing entire projects from start to finish, including cross-functional project management and productionalization of final model products.
- Sharing findings with stakeholders to improve business decisions and influence strategic direction.
- Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies for innovation opportunities.
Requirements:
- Quantitative degree and 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Expertise in classification, regression, clustering, NLP, and optimization techniques.
- Strong skills in R and Python programming, as well as proficiency in SQL and Python coding.
- Ability to apply Bayesian inference, frequentist statistics, and/or machine learning techniques.
