Responsibilities:
- Lead the efforts to conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, company pain points and opportunities, and potential partners in the generative AI space
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with leading AI tech providers, startups, system integrators, and other relevant stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess the feasibility and impact of integrating generative AI capabilities into our business
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to capitalize on generative AI technologies, including product roadmap planning, pricing strategies, and how best to scope pilots with functional business units
- Provide support to sales, customer care, product, and marketing teams by equipping them with the knowledge of latest industry trends to address their business needs
