Inventory Associate

Job Description

We are hiring an Inventory Associate to join our team in Dallas. As an Inventory Associate, your primary responsibility is to maintain the flow and accuracy of inventory and accounts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the sales process operates efficiently by maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods. Daily Tasks & Duties

• Accurately count and verify inventory levels using established procedures and technology.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas for easy access and retrieval.
• Process sales transactions
• Ensure product displays are well maintained
• Update customer account information
• Coordinate with teams to prioritize order
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper handling and storage of inventory.
• Maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate effectively and optimize efficiency.
• Answer customer questions surrounding available products.
• Continually assess space conditions and communicate proactively with our sales team.
  
  

Position Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using a POS system
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation.
• Exhibits exemplary customer service.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move items, occasionally up to 15 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
