Position Overview: We're seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to help drive our brand strategy and client communications. In this role, you'll collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional service, contribute to market success, and support company growth. While you'll work independently, you'll receive guidance from experienced marketing leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing practice leaders to understand and address client needs
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, including thought leadership initiatives and industry conference presence
- Support budget development and management
- Create and distribute marketing materials, including thought leadership papers, surveys, and reports
- Coordinate and participate in industry events, roundtables, and seminars
- Lead field marketing campaign events
- Foster effective team communication and collaboration
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and motivate others without direct authority
- Experience engaging with senior leadership
- Proven teamwork and leadership capabilities, including mentoring junior staff
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn advanced marketing and communication principles
- Must be able to commute to Dallas, TX office daily
