Summary of the position responsibilities:
Bond Agent
- Providing superior and effective customer service to our clients
- Answer multi-line phone system and screen incoming calls from potential clients
- Assist clients with processing bail bond applications in person and over the phone.
- Greeting customers courteously and promptly
- Performing client check-ins as necessary
- Accurately counting and recording customer payments
- Understand and provide clients with their terms and conditions of being out on bond
- Travel to jails and/or courthouse as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
