Requirements:Responsibilities
- Install Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels, and Counter-Mount Soap Dispensers,.
- Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Use power tools and equipment safely for dispenser installation and adjustments.
- Provide excellent customer service while on-site, answering questions and offering product recommendations when needed.
- Keep detailed, accurate notes in the field service app for every job, ensuring all work is properly recorded and tracked.
- Communicate with customers regarding system functionality, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training new employees on proper installation techniques and product handling.
Qualifications
- Experience in hanging dispensers is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with others to complete projects efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and address their needs.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware for system integration tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
