Responsibilities
- Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales.
- Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Meeting business production goals and objectives as established by management.
- Responding to queries, solving or referring problems, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Building clientele via telephone prospecting, leads, referrals, and networking.
- Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License Required. (Willing to obtain)
- Self starter who is goal oriented and driven to succeed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication, including via the phone, email, and face to face.
