About the role
You will be a member of the Warehouse / Logistics team and will be required to carry out the duties delegated to you from the list of responsibilities below with a primary focus on Order Processing and Shipping.
What you'll do
Shipping Responsibilities
Efficient Processing of all Sales Orders submitted from sales team
Packaging product in the most space-efficient and presentable manner that maintains sterile integrity and security
Printing Orders - Confirming ship details
Pulling requested product from inventory
Confirming accuracy of pulled orders
Validation of orders in Odoo (inventory mgmt. software)
Maintaining process communications with Sales Team
Shipping-label creation from Odoo, FedEx Ship Manager, UPS, USPS, DHL
Confirming accuracy of shipping labels prior to release
Updating tracking communications
Assisting with product inquiries and clarifications
Maintaining adequate supply pars and placing supply orders as necessary
Receiving Responsibilities
Purchase Order creation and reconciliation
Product inspection and sterile integrity confirmation
Precise data entry
Use of barcoding technology
Clear communication with internal teams
Creation of new product codes and descriptions
Market research for cost / price determinations
Recognizing and correcting discrepancies
Shelving and organizing inventory
Updating tracking communications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods and handle multiple priorities.
Physical fitness for lifting and moving items.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy
