The Ideal Profile Should Have / be
Education in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of work experience in content creation
Diversity & Inclusion support activities, employer branding, recruitment marketing or talent attraction.
Good interpersonal skills to work within and across divisions to achieve the desired outcome
Good verbal and written communications skills
Experience in event promotion and community networking 3-4 skills or areas of experience on a resume that you "MUST HAVE" to move a candidate forward to an interview
Good communication skills , good organization skills , excel skills , diversity inclusions , Excellent understanding of Organic social media . Support :
Support the social media editorial calendar by tracking upcoming and notable specific programming releases and events
Contribute to ongoing process improvements and escalate issues, as necessary
Maintain recruitment brand standard guidelines, while going through the appropriate approvals and support rollout of content, recruitment marketing and communication tactics.
Organize data to showcase GTA's efforts to attract a variety of diverse talent for monthly Diversity Center of Excellence meetings.
Present monthly in Global Talent Acquisition round up meeting to showcase the best of the month from social and to help influence new idea generation.
Support the Culture HQ set-up, video collection and video editing by region and division globally.
Develop innovative marketing and communication strategies (including social media) to achieve higher participation in our D&I talent attraction events.
Ensure podcast episodes are compliant and reviewed by legal.
Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices. What you'll need :
