Digital Process Improvement Specialist
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the various teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize digital operations and efficiency
2. Set up a market analysis platform to monitor competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to various teams in the organization
3. Utilize PowerBi to analyze data and create visualizations for reporting purposes
4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to digital operations and PowerBi, sharing knowledge and insights with the team when necessary.
5. Take charge of organizing and maintaining various reports, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information for the team.
6. Clean up and organize our digital space, including shared folders and MS Teams, in collaboration with various teams to ensure efficient and effective collaboration within the company
Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Proficiency in digital collaboration tools, such as shared folders and MS Teams.
4. Experience with PowerBi for data analysis and visualization.
5. Familiarity with market analysis platforms and financial reporting systems is a plus.
6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and interact with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
10. Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Monday through Friday, three days in the office, two days from home. Hours are flexible around core hours of 8.30 am to 3.00 pm.
Pay rate : $40
