- Will there be OC (on call) or differentials? Yes
- How many overall years of experience should this person have? Need to have at least a year or 2 of field experience in the field not behind a desk
- Do they need any specific certifications or education? No, A would be nice
- If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $20
- How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? 60 to 70 a day depending on case load
- What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? Need to live withing 2 to 3 miles of the work zip code and work area will be 50 mile radius or more from zip
- What is the exact work location or city, state, or zip? Work from their home running dispatch cases in Corpus Christie and surrounding areas
- How soon will the candidate review and interviews start? asap
