What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Support Specialist position at AA2IT?
Location - Hiawatha, IA ( candidate should be local or willing to visit the site everyday , also the interview would be in person )
Pay rate - $29 / hour
In this role, you will develop and maintain business relationships with specific Client customers. The main objective is to effectively communicate solutions related to proper maintenance of equipment, repairs and management of parts orders to include shipping. You will also make follow up calls to help customers through the maintenance / repair process to reduce downtime. In addition, you will handle assembly of specific equipment and help manage inventory. The Functional Solutions Technical Support Specialist will report to the Functional Solutions Manager.

- Offer suggestions for continued improvements of equipment and parts inventory management
- Help develop training and troubleshooting guides for customers
- Serve as a primary resource to customers to resolve equipment and / or operator related issues
- Be Customer Focused : Follow-Up with customers after offering solutions to ensure equipment is
fully operational
