Pay rate : $44 / hr
Contract Training and Education Specialist. Responsible for providing training and process support for Accelerator Wave 3 initiative. Area of focus will be import and cross border for North America region. Responsible for developing training materials and conducting virtual and face to face training sessions. Must be able to identify process change impact and educate users accordingly. Will need to take lead in organizing and coordinate support with Mexico colleagues. Skills : Previous Company Foriegn Trade process experience. Previous experience in Company Customer Care process Fluent in Spanish Extensive SAP knowledge (foriegn trade, sales and distribution)
