- Type of Employment: Full-Time, Temporary
- Compensation: $23 per hour, pays every Thursday
- Weekly Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Expected Start date: Immediately
Seeking a strong experienced Property Manager to be responsible for overall fiscal accountability, marketing development, leadership and training of personnel of Multi-Family property.
Essential Functions
- Manage all aspects of assigned property
- Design business plans for assigned property
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends
- Oversee properties’ personnel and assess performance
- Accomplish financial goals and report on financial performance
- Update job and market knowledge
Essential Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in Multi-Family Property Management
- Must have background in supervision and successful track record
- In-depth knowledge of all property management rules and regulations
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well-organized with excellent time management skills
- Must pass criminal background check
