Remote Inside Sales Agent

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agent Trainees. If you're eager to build a career in insurance sales while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely, this opportunity is for you!

Job Duties

• Quote and sell Property & Casualty insurance products to members.
• Collect premiums, bind coverage, enter policy data into insurance systems and respond to all underwriting inquiries.
• Develop a complete, thorough, working knowledge of all insurance policy provisions, rating factors, rules, and insurance systems.
• Contact and follow up on all leads.
• Maintain pre-established rating and information accuracy scores.
• Work is routine and focuses primarily on developing sales abilities and selling insurance policies. During the sales process, many obstacles and conflicts can arise, requiring Direct Sales Agents to multi-task and think quickly in order to provide solutions to various issues.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must reside within 50 miles of Washington, Pennsylvania.
• Must be able to attend in person training in Independence, OH
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Previously worked within a remote position preferred
• Must have moderate proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Advanced communication skills required, both written and oral
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal Lines Insurance licenses
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
