We have an immediate opening for a Bi-Lingual (Spanish) CSR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service with great phone skills. You will be reasonable for handling calls from key accounts, general sales and managing auto insurance claims.
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned at any time.
- Communicates with networks and insurance agencies for auto glass orders either via telephone or walk-in as well as obtains referrals and authorizations for auto glass needs.
- Schedules auto glass orders.
- Orders, receives and verifies parts.
- Prepares documentation and inputs documentation in the computer system daily.
- Communicates with auto glass technicians.
- Answers multi-line telephone system takes accurate messages and directs telephone calls for management in a professional manner.
- Monitors voicemail.
