Inventory Specialist Parts Photographer

This position is essential for documenting our high-quality used auto parts through clear photography and meticulous documentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our inventory buying staff, dismantlers, and shipping team to ensure smooth operations and uphold high standards in our inventory processes. • Inventory Management:
  • Clean and inspect incoming vehicles to prepare them for inventory.
  • Maintain an organized and clean inventory area, ensuring all parts are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with the inventory manager and other staff to manage stock levels and turnover.
• Parts Photography:
  • Take high-quality, detailed photographs of auto parts for retail and wholesale. 
  • Ensure photographs accurately represent the condition and specifications of each part.
  • Edit and organize photos for use on our sales platforms and in promotional materials.
• General Shop Duties:
  • Assist with general shop tasks and maintenance as assigned.
  • Support the dismantling and shipping teams with part handling and preparation.

• Proven experience or a strong interest in automotive parts and inventory management.
• Familiarity with auto parts and their specifications.
• Proficiency in photography, with experience in capturing high-quality images.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and follow instructions accurately.
• Physical ability to handle and clean auto parts and work in a shop environment.
• Basic understanding of inventory management systems.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Understanding of ARA damage codes preferred, but not required.
