AAA Business Systems, Inc., a growing office technology company, is seeking a highly motivated Receptionist to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly face of AAA, greeting visitors and answering phones professionally.
  • Coordinate with customers on service calls, toner orders, and account inquiries.
  • Utilize our FM Audit system to ensure timely meter collection and assist with accounts receivable tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, upholding our company image.

The Person

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and demeanor.

Preferred Requirements

  • Ability to learn / adapt / take on more duties and responsibility as AAA grows.
  • 2 years' experience in a professional office environment, including phone collections.
  • Experience answering busy phone lines and documenting in computer systems.
  • Familiarity with e-automate and FM Audit systems and e-views reporting.

Salary : $35,000 - $37,000
