Auto Club Enterprises is seeking full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our Industry Leading Membership Call Center. Training is approximately 8 weeks long and 100% onsite from 9:00am to 5:45pm, also training every third Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, then having a day off through the week.
Upon completion of training, you will begin working from home M-F 10:15am to 7:00pm, also working every 3rd Saturday then having a day off through the week. Applicants must live within 30 miles of the Escondido branch office in Escondido, CA.

What you will do:
Work directly with customers through inbound phone calls. Calls range from helping customers maintain their memberships to adding or upgrading memberships.
Listen and understand customer issues, while offering meaningful solutions. Proactively offer valuable AAA products and services to meet their needs.
Actively listen and engage Members and fellow Team Members with a “can do” attitude.
Be open to training, coaching and development leading to positive career growth.
What you will need:
Prior customer service experience
Recent Call Center Experience Preferred
You must live within 30 miles of our Escondido, CA, location.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency using computers while actively listening, both for data entry, as well as for complex computer navigation
Ability to progress through required continuous training and development
A flexible, “can do” attitude to navigate our ever-changing environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
