Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Pump Operator to join our construction team in Republic, Missouri. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating concrete pumps and heavy equipment, ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of concrete to various construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of concrete forming, finishing, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties
- Operate concrete pumps to transfer liquid concrete from mixers to designated locations on construction sites.
- Perform loader operation and assist in digging as needed for site preparation.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper concrete forming and finishing techniques are applied.
- Maintain and inspect equipment, including concrete mixers and dump trucks, to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on construction sites to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding project progress and any potential issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in concrete pumping and heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and mixing processes is essential.
- Ability to operate loaders and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of construction site practices and safety regulations.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid CDL A or B license is required for operating vehicles on-site.
