About the Role
Sales Territory Managers maintain and grow existing accounts within their assigned territory, seeking opportunities to enhance productivity and profitability while managing National Accounts at a local level. They communicate customer requirements between various departments and serve as a single point of contact between the customer and AAA Cooper, negotiating rates and addressing other issues as needed.
Responsibilities
- Set up appointments for existing accounts and prospective customers.
- Identify and secure profitable revenue within the assigned geographic area.
- Gather information from prospective customers to establish a business relationship.
- Communicate customer requirements to Operations and other departments.
- Communicate AAA Cooper's commitment to meeting customer requirements.
- Assist in negotiating price and services provided.
- Represent AAA Cooper at off-site meetings.
- Perform various tasks assigned by the Terminal Manager.
