What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) : Leverage data mining and coding techniques to extract and prepare data for business insightsDevelop findings on marketing and customer outcomes, balancing mathematical precision with business intuitionMeasure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and customer experience programsCollaborate with IT and analytics teams to streamline and manage customer behavior and marketing outcome dataAct independently on new or special assignments to determine methodologies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications) : Bachelor's degree in business, business analytics, data mining, statistics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in analyticsProficiency in data analysis programming and visualization tools such as SQL, MySQL, SAS, Power BI, and Advanced ExcelStrong statistical, analytical, and critical thinking skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
