Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a Retail Sales and Service Associate will include:
- Greeting all members and customers, determining their needs, and providing exceptional service.
- Meeting and exceeding sales and service goals, including earning incentives for multiple AAA products and services.
- Preparing and providing TripTik travel routings, marked road maps, tour books, and other travel-related materials.
- Issuing passport photos and accepting payments for various products, while providing accurate change and receipts.
- Making hotel and car rental reservations for members and providing travel destination information.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environments.
- A proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a valid notary license.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office basics.
- The ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, and travel locally when necessary.
- A high school diploma or GED.
