Job Responsibilities
- Greet members and customers, determine their needs, and provide legendary service.
- Meet or exceed sales and service goals for multiple AAA products and services, earning incentives along the way.
- Prepare and provide travel-related materials, such as TripTik travel routings and marked road maps.
- Issue passport photos and accept payments for various products, providing accurate change and receipts.
- Make hotel and car rental reservations for members and offer travel destination information.
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environments.
- A proven track record of exceeding assigned sales or service quality goals.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a valid notary license.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work overtime, including Saturdays, and travel locally when necessary.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
