Customer Service and Rental Specialist
Are you an energetic and friendly person who enjoys helping people get their projects done? Do you enjoy fixing and maintaining machinery? We are a family owned Outdoor Power Equipment Center that sells, services, and rents equipment to people looking to accomplish a project. Our rental department is looking to fill a position with someone who enjoys equipment and helping people achieve their project goals. We serve our customers by helping them solve problems; whether it’s a deck that needs to be finished, a broken lawn mower, or a part they need our mission is to help them solve the problem quickly and efficiently, while doing our best to put a smile on their face.
What winning in this role looks like:
· Be able to communicate with customers about their project on the phone, in person, or via email
· Operating equipment in a safe manner
· Educating customers on how to operate equipment safely
· Working on a computer with industry specific software
· Working side by side with other team members

· A Full or Part Time Position. Overtime paid after 40 hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
