What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Consultant position at AAA Event Rental?
We are looking for the perfect candidate with a "can-do" attitude and outgoing personality to join our team! Get the opportunity to assist individuals, corporations, non-profits, event professionals, caterers, and venues in choosing the proper rental equipment, accessories, and services to make their event vision a reality.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Consulting with clients on the phone and in person about their event
*Providing rental suggestions, product setup information, and event layout designs based on client needs
*Guiding clients through the rental process from inquiry to conclusion
*Coordinating logistics of client orders with the Company's operations and delivery and set-up teams to ensure timeliness and accuracy
*Overseeing the installation of projects when necessary, including being on-site
*Brainstorming concepts for upcoming projects
*Researching and maintaining a thorough knowledge of product trends and event designs
*Attending and marketing at event industry socials, mixers, conferences, bridal shows, and trade shows
*Designing and creating Company displays for trade shows and in our showroom, while maintaining cleanliness of the displays and showroom
We are looking for an individual with:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
