About Commercial Service Technician Position
· 5 years plus of Commercial Service and Remodel experience required
· 5 years of experience in drywall, electrical, plumbing, & carpentry/framing.
· Works independently providing routine building maintenance tasks or services
· Responds to service calls, emergencies, and work orders at various commercial locations throughout the region.
· Performs building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g., carpentry; electrical and lighting repairs; ventilation,
and minor air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing; painting, etc.
· Performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.
· Position may be required to be on-call
