About Construction Field Service Technician Position
- Works independently providing routine building maintenance tasks or services
- Responding to service calls, emergencies, and work orders at various commercial locations throughout the region
- Performs building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g., carpentry; electrical and lighting repairs; ventilation, and minor air conditioning (HVAC); flooring, stucco, drywall, painting concrete, t-bar, light framing, hanging doors, etc.
- Performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned
- Position may be required to be on-call
