About The Estimator/Project Manager Position
- Proven Experience as a Commercial Estimator or similar role in the Construction Industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction, codes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Perform all bid services by development and preparation of cost estimates for customers within assigned territories
- Arrange project site visits, assessment, bid document review and completion from inception to completion
- Daily reviewal of Zoho or designated database for newly assigned bid requests
- Provide excellent customer service to and during all interactions with clientele
- Visit the requested repair site to evaluate the labor, materials and subcontract services needed to achieve the requested
repairs or improvements - To prepare a cost analysis of the proposed work and calculate a price for the client that is fair and equitable to both the
