Compensation:  $75K - $90K

AAA Facility Services is seeking a Facility Assessment Specialist to perform detailed onsite assessments of financial institutions across multiple states. The majority of locations are centralized in Northern California, with travel required, when necessary, to Arizona, Florida, Texas, and possibly additional states in the future. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of related experience operating in a field work support capacity. This is a great opportunity for the right individual who is passionate about building assessments and thrives in a dynamic, hands-on role with travel opportunities.

About Facility Assessment Specialist 

• Assess and document the condition of facility components, including but not limited to:
  • • Carpeting
    • Paint
    • HVAC systems
    • Water heaters
    • Parking lots
    • Landscaping
    • General building elements
• Conduct an inventory of furniture
• Record all data and deficiencies using the client’s mobile app
• Generate repair scopes from identified issues using the app
• Ensure thorough and accurate documentation for each location
• Must have strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Able to travel for extended periods of time
• Knowledgeable with facilities, MEP systems, and basic building components
• Travel in Northern California, Arizona, Florida, Texas, and possibly additional states in the future
• Professional appearance and solid verbal communication
