About the Backflow Technician Position
- Current AWWA, OC and LA back flow testers license required
- Extensive knowledge of backflow testing requirements, testing, repairing and securities
- Proficient with submission of reporting both by email and digital platforms
- Proficient with cross connections concerns as well as cross connection troubleshooting
- Able to provide accurate estimate during a job walk if requested
- Must be able to cover a large work territory
- Must be equipped with hand tools associate with the trade and most power tools
Knowledgeable of commercial and local plumbing and backflow codes and standards
