About Service Desk Position
This position is responsible for working with the Sales Team / CSS Team to setup new accounts and oversee all incoming service desk requests. The Representative will be responsible for entering requests into the designated databases with the required details for the Company to efficiently schedule, dispatch, and complete services as requested. They will have a high degree of accuracy when entering pertinent information into databases and they will be responsible for answering requests via email and telephone promptly and with detailed accuracy. They will be responsible for prioritizing service requests that need urgent attention and adjusts work orders accordingly.
