SUMMARY :
The Sales role is responsible for building and maintaining referral relationships in the property management industry. This role primary function is to sell AAA Fire’s portfolio of testing and inspection services to multifamily and commercial markets within the assigned territory and or service line portfolio. This role will work with Sales Director to construct and implement sales strategies.
DUTIES :
- Responsible for selling AAA Fire’s portfolio of testing and inspection services to multifamily and commercial markets within the assigned territory and or service line portfolio.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers through customer relationship management and marketing efforts, which involve regular face-to-face meetings with key referral sources of business, current customers, industry association events, etc.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline though, but not limited to, inhouse sales leads and cold calling activities.
- Work closely with technician to ensure proposed services are delivered on budget in a timely manner.
- Responsible for assisting in re-bid opportunities for existing customers.
- Produce detailed estimates and proposals through company provided software while optimizing job profitability.
- Responsible for recording time in the company provided time and attendance software.
- Responsible for complying with all safety requirements while on company property and or at customer sites.
- Responsible for complying with all vehicle and driving policies and procedures including report all operation and safety issues of company vehicle.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
