WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A FORKLIFT REPAIR SHOP TEAM LEAD
Do you enjoy building a rapport with customers? Are you friendly and detail-oriented? If this sounds like you and you meet the following criteria, we want you as a manager!
- 2 years of experience as a forklift mechanic
- 1 years of experience in field or shop service
- Previous experience building motors and transmissions/hydraulic pumps
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management skills
- Factory training (preferred)
- Experience working as a mechanic in an industrial or plant environment OR formal automotive training in a trade school/ASE (preferred)
