We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing team. In this role, youll be the go-to expert for policy servicing, endorsements, and client consultationsplaying a key part in delivering the outstanding care our members expect and deserve. • Process policy changes and endorsements with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide policy quotes and coverage options in response to client requests
• Conduct proactive policy reviews to verify rating variables and identify premium opportunities
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls to resolve policy questions and provide top-tier service
• Work collaboratively with fellow agents to ensure client satisfaction and office success

• Bachelors degree, prior licensed insurance experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Active Property & Casualty License required
• Prior experience in customer service or insurance operations (underwriting, claims, or service) preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn internal systems
• Strong interpersonal communication, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
