As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll join a team committed to delivering value and protection to our 400,000 membersmany of whom are just waiting to hear from you. This role offers a dynamic blend of inbound inquiries, warm leads from our Membership and Travel departments, and opportunities to drive your own outreach. You'll work in a supportive, team-based setting where your initiative and effort are directly tied to your success. • Respond to inbound requests and contact existing members to provide insurance quotes and guidance
• Develop new business through prospecting, community networking, and leveraging warm leads
• Meet and exceed monthly sales production goals set by leadership
• Master the agencys product offerings, systems, and sales tools through ongoing training
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell life and commercial insurance policies

• Property & Casualty License
• Bachelor's degree a bonus, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior insurance or general sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance-specific software
• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping others and providing high-quality solutions

Insurance Agency within the Greater AAA Hoosier Motor Club. We have 11 retail offices' throughout our Indiana territory and 23 Insurance Sales Agents.
