What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enhancements Division Manager position at AAA Landscape?
Responsible for the planning and implementation of various construction projects from bidding stage through final completion. Work closely with the estimating staff to insure that the proposal is appropriate to the situation. Review the improvement plans to make sure that all components of the project are included in the proposal with the correct labor and material costs. Oversee the weekly activities of the project foreman to insure that the project is being built safely, profitably and in a timely manner. Coordinate with the client making sure the client’s needs are being addressed.
- Prepare change orders with the assistance of the estimating staff.
- Develop and maintain the client base of AAA Landscape.
- Develop new leads and when appropriate delegate the follow up of these leads to the Client Services Director or other Managers within the company.
- Work with the Vice President for Construction on long range planning for the Construction Department.
- Develop annual budgets and manpower projections.
- Develop personnel to meet the needs of the Company.
- Maintain communication between the Maintenance and Construction Departments.
- Attend and participate in Interdepartmental meetings with the goal of promoting communication and coordination within the Company.
- Work closely with the Safety Director to insure the safety of all of our employees.
- Supervise the use of our equipment and the Shop personnel making sure that all equipment is being maintained for longevity and safe use.
Maintain close communication with the Accounts Receivable and Payable personnel to insure that all projects are being accounted for accurately. - Review and approve material and subcontractor charges. Produce accurate monthly invoicing on a timely basis.
Provide leadership to my coworkers where appropriate with the goal of improving moral within the Company. - Develop a positive image of AAA Landscape for our clients, employees and the community at large.
