🌱 About the Internship:

Are you passionate about plants, design, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces? AAA Landscape is seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team this summer. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on real projects, learn from seasoned professionals, and get exposure to everything from plant care to irrigation and hardscape design.

Whether your focus is horticulture, landscape architecture, environmental science, or just a love of working with your hands, this internship will give you meaningful, on-the-ground training—and a front-row seat to a landmark year in our company’s history.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Assist with landscape maintenance: mowing, pruning, trimming, and more
• Support planting & installation of trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Learn the basics of irrigation system repair and maintenance
• Work on property enhancements (mulching, fertilization, etc.)
• Safely operate landscape equipment (with training and supervision)
• Identify plant species and understand care requirements
• Shadow customer interactions and see how we serve clients
• Follow industry-leading safety procedures and company policies
• Help prep tools and materials for projects
• Take part in team tasks and learn from every experience

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

• Current student or recent grad in horticulture, landscaping, or related field (preferred)
• A genuine interest in landscaping and outdoor work
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs., work outdoors, and handle Arizona heat
• Valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
