POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing internal lead generation programs and cross-functional sales initiatives supporting Membership, Travel, Insurance, Financial Services, and AAA partner offerings. This role will drive alignment across business lines, ensuring strategies, training, and resources are effectively utilized to accelerate sales performance and drive incremental revenue growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Oversight and Strategy:
- Lead and manage internal lead generation initiatives for prioritized services and partner offerings, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Work with business line leaders to integrate "next best offer" cross-selling into sales and customer service workflows.
- Develop and track KPIs, sales performance, and customer experience, driving continuous operational improvements.
Sales Enablement and Coaching:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance sales teams’ ability to sell and promote key products and services.
- Lead business line leaders in identifying "next best offer" opportunities through customer analysis.
- Provide ongoing coaching to improve sales behaviors, focusing on upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with content teams to create effective sales materials, learning resources, and reference guides.
Customer Engagement Optimization:
- Develop customer qualification processes for physical and call center interactions to identify sales opportunities.
- Partner with call center leadership to optimize scripts, tactics, and metrics for upselling and cross-selling.
- Streamline workflows to integrate cross-selling into both in-person and digital customer touchpoints.
Other Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business line leaders, marketing, and sales operations to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations for new product offerings, sales campaigns, and member engagement initiatives.
- Ensure financial service program promotions and sales tactics comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Advocate for a member-first approach, balancing sales goals with delivering exceptional value to customers.
- Shared responsibility for attaining revenue and expense targets

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- BA or BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or business development
- Proven experience coaching and developing sales teams to achieve measurable results
- Experience navigating heavily regulated industries such as banking or insurance
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and business intelligence reporting technologies
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform strategies.
