Job Summary
Our Telecom Product Manager may provide guidance to other product managers for numerous projects focusing on AAA Telecom corporate goals. This individual will apply best practices and established strategic guidelines to assignments and has primary responsibility for telecom products in a line of business. The Product Manager III also exercises some discretion in determining the best method to accomplish assigned tasks, determining priorities, the best methods to use when directing team efforts, and resolving product design and enhancement challenges.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Education & Experience / Licenses & Certification
Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant discipline
8 years related experience specifically in Telecom Product Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience directly related to telecom product management, customer relationship management or products, systems or applications experience
Experience working with WFM (Workforce Management) tools, such as Verint, NICE, Geneysys.
Experience working with Verint, IVR's, Call Centers, and other telephony applications required.
Knowledge and understanding of competitive analysis, functionality requirements definition, business requirements definition, basic marketing principles, return on investment analysis, etc.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
