Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm; 40-hours per week. At least 2 Saturdays per month 8:30am-1:30pm; when working a Saturday, can opt for a full or 1/2 day off during the M-F workweek. *At times, business needs may require an earlier arrival and/or later departure.

What you will do:
- Daily Operations: • Ensures daily operations of the branch office including following company policies and procedures, cash handling, and security of the office. Responsible for the completion of various reports, including but not limiting to; daily cash reports, discrepancies, daily registry reports, monthly inventory, and month end reports. • Adheres to all policies and procedures pertaining to the security of cash, ticket inventory, notary books, and other club property. When applicable, responsible for securing the branch funds, including branch deposit. • Maintains overall stock and supplies for the branch. Oversees the maintenance and physical appearance of branch office, ensuring compliance with club standards including but not limited to PCI Compliance and Audit standards. Identifies needs for improvements and/or repairs and coordinates activity with Facilities. Works with other departments, ie HR, Safety, and IT as needed. • Works to ensure adequate staffing levels in the branch. As needed, processes in-branch and over-the-phone transactions, including registry services, to best ensure member transactions are completed properly. Assists in monitoring, returning, and taking phone calls. Transactions may include the handling of confidential documents and information, inputting information into databases and systems. Must be able to review applications and forms for completeness. • Responsible for any/all auto loan transactions & programs within the office. • Represents club in local community events. Builds relationships with town council, Chamber of Commerce, police/fire departments, local businesses, and educational groups to enhance AAA presence. Represents the Branch at club sponsored events.
- Member Service: •Ensures overall member experience is met by handling member issues, managing wait times, checking office merchandise, monitoring interactions between staff and members and includes servicing members directly, includes all business lines in branch both in-person and over-the-phone. • Delivers accurate and timely information to members regarding club products/services. Maintains department standards including servicing members in-person and over-the-phone and supporting club partnerships (such as Registry Services, TSA, etc.).
- Sales Management: • Assists with supervision of branch employees according to the organization's business practices, procedures, and state/federal laws. In partnership with the Branch Manager II, identifies training needs, development efforts, coaching, mentoring, monitoring KPI’s and achievement of branch goals.

Education
High School Diploma or GED Required and Associate's Degree Preferred
Experience
Customer Service experience with a focus in Sales Required and Lead / Supervisory experience Required
Licenses and Certifications
Satisfactorily pass state specific and federal background check during pre and post hiring in accordance with state and federal requirements Required Must meet individual state requirements to perform registry & TSA services; including clearing federal/state specific background checks/processes. Required
