Work Model: Hybrid, full-time (3 days on-site in Providence RI, 2 days remote)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5 pm (can be flexible)
Compensation: $23.50 - $26.25 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual bonuses are some of the additional forms of compensation offered. The Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in recruiting new Independent Service Providers and enhancing our service provider network.
This individual will be responsible for generating and vetting leads, as wells as promoting AAA Northeast automotive opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a passion for meeting new people, tapping the potential of mixed media outlets and collaborating with others.
LEAD GENERATION:
• Independently uncover and qualify potential leads.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective businesses.
• Guide prospects through program requirements to achieve eligibility.
• Support Field Consultants and Management to achieve monthly and quarterly member satisfaction targets.
MARKETING SUPPORT:
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing deliverables, campaigns and initiatives, utilizing multimedia formats.
• Update and maintain the AAA Northeast Service Provider online portal. **Experience with WordPress is essential for this.
• Track effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements.
COLLABORATION AND SUPPORT:
- Work closely with the Management and Club resources to strengthen messaging and achieve common goals.
- Provide insights and feedback to help refine sales and marketing tactics.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions and professional development.
- Perform insurance, contract, and background check duties as needed to ensure department compliance.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field a plus. High School Diploma required.
Skills & Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, recruiting, telemarketing, or similar.
- Working knowledge of WordPress website platform
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and an understanding of Power BI, SharePoint and CRM.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of motivation and a results-driven attitude.
