The Digital Producer proactively creates, updates, and tests web experiences to support business objectives using an Adobe Suite of best-in-class tools. Researches, edits, and proofs the content that they will publish online. Independently plans and produces content and experiences that meet the website's style, accessibility compliance, and technical requirements. Provides guidance and analytical feedback on requests to ensure they meet brand, accessibility, and content guidelines. Documents processes and procedures. Proactively ensures that information produced is relevant to the website's audience and aligns with marketing and other organizational goals. Responsible for creating, launching, and monitoring A/B testing based off data collected and analyzed from Adobe Analytics and department collaboration. Uses dedicated tools to monitor web accessibility to maintain WCAG compliance and SEO optimization.
What you will do:
- Collaborates with Product Owners (PO's) by proactively providing data-informed guidance on placement and digital needs, ensuring club-level promotions and content updates are executed by creating and updating site experiences, and is responsible for creating audience-targeted Marketing experiences. Reviews and amends provided content for adherence to brand and accessibility best practices. Independently verifies that web design will integrate into program rules and system architecture.
- Responsible for evaluating data and proactively creating, launching, and monitoring A/B tests that support engagement and product funnels using Adobe Enterprise Solutions. Idea generation includes data review, digital best practices, and competitor analysis. Requires the use of development tools and skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. Keeps partners and stakeholders informed of test ideation and progression. Presents and reports on A/B testing results to the E-Business department and creates slides and documentation to be used by PO's and account managers in their reporting to external stakeholders. Responsible for coordinating and implementing test wins and engaging Developer support, if necessary.
- Proactively maintains SEO titles, keywords, and descriptions for all pages on the site, partnering with stakeholders when additional input is needed to ensure all SEO content is up to date and optimized using marketing trend data, competitive analysis, and modern best practices. Monitors site accessibility and proactively makes necessary updates to maintain WCAG compliance.
- Utilizes Adobe Analytics to analyze existing reports and build custom reports to conduct effective and informative web content reviews and proactively consult and creates A/B tests based on analytic review and findings.
- Downloads licensed stock photography and enhances images by cropping, resizing and uploading into an Adobe Digital Asset Manager for use online.
- Conducts quality assurance for monthly developer releases; leads testing and approval of all digital product launches, ensuring flawless execution of all customer facing elements. Coordinates updates and assists with launches and content building.
- Proactively tests content and layouts for cross-browser compatibility (mobile and tablet responsiveness). Identifies areas of opportunity to optimize and enhance the content templates and authoring experience.
- Conducts new hire and cross-departmental training and informational sessions around industry best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related area required or
- 3-4 years of additional relevant experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related area preferred
- 1 years of relevant work experience, including internships, freelance work, or entry-level positions in areas like project management, content creation, and digital strategy. required
- 1 years of experience with multimedia production, including video production, graphic design, and web development required
