Do you want to be part of a company that is committed to giving back to the community? The Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant leads the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 applications. This role requires expertise in configuring and customizing the platform to meet specific business needs. The consultant works closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translates these into functional specifications and system designs. Additionally, the consultant ensures the quality and performance of the implemented solutions and provides training and support to end-users.
What you will do:
- Solution Design and Implementation: Lead design and discovery workshops to identify optimal solutions. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements. Develop and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools. Develop workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs. Identify and resolve issues during the implementation phase. Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes. Maintain high standards of quality and performance.
- Project Management: Work alongside Dynamics 365 Developers in projects that require both development and customization/configuration. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Training and Support: Provide training sessions and documentation for end-users. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and performance. Work with junior members of the team to propose solutions utilizing low code/no code or out of the box customization.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates. Review Microsoft Release Wave updates and evaluate new functionality and impact on existing customization/configuration.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline required, or
- 6-8 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
Experience
- 4 years Dynamics 365 implementations and configurations experience required
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- 4 years' experience in implementing latest Dynamics CRM sales features including but not limited to Leads, opportunities, sales hub, business process flows, sales insights, forecasting, lead qualification, appointments etc.
- Experience in Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization and CRM Administration, Power Automate, Power apps, Javascript, Model Driven Apps / Canvas Apps, PowerAutomate Jobs, Agile SDLC experience.
- At least 2 to 3 end to end large scale implementations with D365 CE. Proven experience designing applications using various modules of D365 CE like Sales, Customer Service.
- Powerplatform administration experience is a big plus.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, staying updated with platform updates, features, and industry trends.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications (big plus).
- Minimum 3 years working with custom model drive apps based on Dynamics CRM CE features.

Salary : $95,000 - $150,000
